突発性の血管病である血管攣縮は、突然死の主因として恐れられている。血管攣縮は、Rhoキナーゼを介した血管平滑筋のCa2+感受性亢進によって引き起こされる。このRhoキナーゼの上流の活性化経路として見出されたスフィンゴシルホスホリルコリン(SPC)→Fyn→Rhoキナーゼ経路は、従来報告されてきたCa2+感受性亢進の経路とは独立した新規経路であり、コレステロールが局在する細胞膜ラフトを反応の場とする血管異常収縮に特異的なものである。血圧維持を担う正常収縮を抑制せず、Ca2+感受性亢進のみを選...
